Education and experience

I graduated from the University of Bucharest with bachelor’s degrees in both Law and Computer Science.

Currently, I have over 8 years of experience in business law gained in both top tier international and national law firms.

What I do

I specialize in a wide range of practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, investments, intellectual property, data protection, corporate and commercial.

I am deeply active in the business ecosystem, and I work closely with entrepreneurs, startups, businesses, and communities to provide legal guidance, mentorship, and assistance.
